1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

  • The product received is incorrect or incomplete

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • A return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details and a brief description of the issue. Photos of the damaged or incorrect item may be requested for verification.

3. Refund Policy

Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are processed as follows:

  • If a return is approved, a refund will be issued as cash at the time of pickup, based on the situation and discussion with the customer

  • Refunds will only be made after the returned item is received and inspected

Please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive the returned product for the refund to be processed.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item has been used, damaged due to misuse, or is missing parts not caused by our error

  • The return request is made after 3 days of delivery

  • The item was purchased on a clearance or final sale

5. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange for the same item, please let us know during the return request. Exchange depends on availability.
